Well I don't know about you, but I have been under the weather with all of the allergens flying around, it's getting ready for fall I guess. If you talked to e on the hone in the last 10 days you should have noticed it in my voice, lol :) I was still working as usual, ven though my family and my assistant were encouraging me to "rest". You all know me, and I did no such thing! :) Onward and upward I say! Listed a property in Meadowbrook on Friday evening and had an offer on it by Sunday night! The Spring Hill Market is still Hot!!! (Temperature & Market wise) I have been working with many buyers who are having success in purchase offers, but there is not a lot of room for Buyers to negotiate in this type f Sellers Market. All of My Listings this year personally have SOLD at 98% and above of the actual Listing Price. Which means if it listed for $200,000, then it Sold for $196,000. So as a buyer be prepared to pay close to Listing Price if the Home is in Good Shape and in a great location!

Traffic signal installation at Buckner & Port Royal to cause mid-day traffic delays
Starting Wednesday, Aug. 5, expect traffic delays at the intersection of Buckner Lane and Port Royal Road, where a traffic signal is being installed. Buckner will be closed to traffic entering Haynes Crossing but will remain open to traffic exiting the neighborhood between 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. daily through Aug. 16. Many Owners May Underestimate Their Equity
A large number of home owners may be erroneously perceiving themselves as underwater on their mortgage, suggests a new analysis by economists at the University of California, Berkeley.
According to CoreLogic housing data, from the end of 2011 to the end of 2014, the number of underwater home owners fell from 21 percent down to 9 percent.
