WASHINGTON (May 28, 2015) — Pending home sales rose in April for the fourth straight month and reached their highest level in nine years, according to the National Association of Realtors®. Led by the Northeast and Midwest, all four major regions saw increases in April.

Second week in May 2015 with Realtor Natalie Harper

LAST WEEK w/NATALIE:
I have been reminded once again why I love Real Estate! I closed a home this week with a 1st Time Home Buyer in the Murfreesboro area. It truly was enjoyable to see the excitement and nervousness of his first home purchase. The process went very smooth and he was overjoyed! I always enjoy helping others make their dreams come true.

Soon I will have 2 new homes listed the first week of June. One in the Franklin area and one in Newport Crossings Spring Hill. Keep your eyes open! These will go FAST!

Seventy percent of millennials who do not yet own a home expect to become home owners by 2020, and most expect to use the money they have saved for a down payment, according to a survey of 1,270 members of Gen Y aged 19 to 36 conducted by the Urban Land Institute. So what does that mean for you?? When you're ready to upsize or downsize in the next few years, their will be new buyers!

First Week in May with Natalie Harper
Hello Everyone !
LAST WEEK w/NATALIE:
Well it's been a great week in Real Estate for me. I have to brag for a moment!
I received an offer on a favorite property of mine, it was very unique and took some time and effort, but with perseverance and great marketing, we received an offer! I wrote an offer for a new buyer who's been looking for a while only because properties in town are flying off the MLS, literally within days! And... I am in competition with another agent for a property my buyer is crossing his finger's he gets! Fingers crossed for him everyone!

Soon I will have more land listed, but this particular residential parcel is in Spring Hill and is almost 3 acres. When it hits the market I will let you know ! (If your looking for land I have some listed in Culleoka... come check it out on my website)

According to National Association of Realtors®, pending home sales in March continued to rise for the third month in a row! The index has increased year over year for seven consecutive months since June 2013. What great news!
