Last few weeks have been quite busy for me. I have received an offer on my house. Yeah! Listed 2 more properties and SOLD one in less than a week. I am still working with a builder on his new construction project in Columbia which is still available! And I have had several inquiries on the Vacant Land in Spring Hill. Even though the weather is starting to cool down, the market is not!

The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage is getting closer to moving over 4 percent, as mortgage rates climb for the second week in a row. Freddie Mac reports that fixed-rate mortgages are rising in anticipation of a possible rate increase by the Federal Reserve and a recent strong jobs report.
